Pros

Some of the pros I experienced while working for Assurant are first and foremost the work schedule; the assistance we receive through Queue whenever we as front-line agents needs more assistance and overall, the fact that this is one of the most peaceful, homey call centers I've ever worked at

Cons

My biggest con of working at Assurant is the way QA rates our calls with so many requirements to possibly get a 5* rating

Pros

Remote work across all lines of business allows for a flexible work environment

Cons

There is almost no opportunity for growth. The company laid off quite a few employees recently as part of a planned reduction in force while also reporting its highest quarterly earnings. There's no loyalty to tenured employees.
