Pros
I would say overall this is a great company to work for and there is a lot of opportunity and longevity within the company itself. Yes I know I left the company, but I left because I was offered a more lucrative position. My boss was great as were the people I worked with which made it difficult to leave. I think they have a great game plan for remaining a stable company.
Cons
Just like any job and/or company there are cons but depending on the area you work in is where you will find the downside.
