Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience at Assured Automotive has been so frustrating. We recognize that strong, responsive leadership is essential, and we take concerns about management and workplace culture seriously. While we don’t comment publicly on individual personnel matters, we want every employee to feel safe and respected when raising issues. Our HR department exists to support employees, and we’re actively reviewing how concerns are escalated and addressed. Allegations like the ones you've mentioned are serious. If you haven't already done so, we encourage you to use our confidential reporting channels so we can properly investigate and take action where needed. Pros

Not much, leave as soon as you get something better.

Cons

1. Lack of Transparency in Career Progression Management often makes false promises regarding growth opportunities, primarily to retain employees in their current roles — especially detailers. 2. Poor Workplace Discipline Some team members demonstrate a lack of work ethic and overstep boundaries by acting like supervisors without accountability. 3. Managerial Oversight Issues Managers tend to overlook problematic behavior to avoid losing body technicians, even when it affects overall team dynamics. 4. Insufficient Training for New Hires There is little to no effort from management to properly train or upskill new employees, hindering long-term development and productivity.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience as a detailer didn’t meet expectations. We take concerns like yours seriously, especially around career transparency, training, and team accountability. Pros

Being a manager at Assured has been both challenging and rewarding. Everyday brings new projects, from overseeing complex repairs to ensuring customers leave happy with the quality of work. Balancing the needs of the technicians, the flow of jobs and the expectations of clients has taught me leadership, time management and problem solving.

Cons

Managing a body shop can be tough, due to tight deadlines and high customer expectations which can make things stressful at times. Balancing part delays and team challenges adds to the pressure though the work still has its rewards.
