Pros

I don't have a single reason to work here.

Cons

Management was deeply ineffective and unsupportive. Leadership felt disconnected, dismissive, and more concerned with protecting themselves than supporting their teams. Leadership is the direct reason you have people leaving every week. The culture IS toxic. There was noticeable favoritism, ego-driven behavior, and what I would describe as gaslighting when employees spoke up. Instead of resolution, concerns were often met with defensiveness or retaliation. There are also multiple creepy men who like to harass women, and don't worry, HR will do nothing about it. There was little to no opportunity for real growth. Advancement felt political rather than merit-based. The work itself was extremely monotonous, procedural, and left no room for creativity, innovation, or independent thinking. It felt like showing up to disengage your brain rather than develop professionally. The training program was horrible, with no reassurance along the way. Everyone in the office talks poorly about their jobs, making the environment negative, yet reassured me that I wasn't alone in my hatred for this job and office. Overall, I found the environment draining, discouraging, and unhealthy. I would strongly encourage leadership to take culture, accountability, and employee well-being more seriously.

Pros

Many team members bring extensive experience and are genuinely committed to sharing their knowledge and supporting one another. There is a strong sense of collaboration among colleagues who are invested in improving processes and contributing to a more positive and effective work environment.

Cons

Leadership lacks transparency and open communication, which creates challenges in understanding organizational direction and expectations. Opportunities for growth appear limited and may not always be distributed equitably. Management practices can feel overly controlling at times, with limited autonomy for employees. Compensation does not seem competitive relative to workload and responsibilities. The organization is currently understaffed, resulting in increased pressure on existing team members. Additionally, expanding work-from-home flexibility could better support employee well-being and work-life balance. Overall morale has declined significantly. High performers are often rewarded with additional responsibilities without corresponding recognition or support. There is also a perception that raising concerns or providing constructive feedback may lead to negative consequences, contributing to a workplace culture that can feel unsupportive.
