Aster bangs on about being open and honest, but ironically they are neither. They use people and them dump them when something better comes along. Senior Management are removed from the reality of the business and inaccessible. They say that you can ‘take what you need’ leave, but this is only the case for certain individuals. The culture is toxic and it’s about whether your face fits and who you’re ‘in’ with.
