Non, wages are the worst around. They are not an employee caring company

Job/organisation is very poor lots of paper work for jobs. Wages, no promotion opportumities,

From my experience Astley look like they are continually investing in improving their internal processes and looking after staff. I really like the fact they are joined to schemes like Mates in Mind for example. They are a big company and it's hard to get the balance right but I am pleased to feel like I am listened to and have a forum to feedback. The people are all really friendly and although busy, always have the time to offer support.

It's a large company, a busy company and it's sometimes hard to get to know people from other departments which is a shame.
