Pros

Great training for someone fresh out of college.

Cons

Very clickey, senior leadership plays with the way they earn their spread to make it easier to hit contest the next year. The do this by " passing" spread to a chosen recruiter who they want to become part of their click. There's a big fratty vibe with alcohol and drugs being encouraged. Holding "meetings" at bars for happy hour.

Pros

Aston Carter provided excellent opportunities for professional growth, career progression, and leadership development. I had the opportunity to work with some of the largest healthcare and insurance clients in the country, build strong client relationships, and lead high-performing teams. The company offers strong training, a collaborative culture, and a performance-driven environment where hard work is recognized and rewarded. I was fortunate to work alongside talented colleagues and supportive leaders who helped me grow both personally and professionally.

Cons

Like many staffing and recruiting organizations, the environment can be fast-paced and demanding, with a strong focus on metrics and performance goals. Work-life balance can be challenging during peak periods, and processes can sometimes vary between offices or leadership teams. However, these challenges also create opportunities for growth and development.
