Loved the job, but confusing hierarchy - Mortgage Support Assistant Aston Carter Employee Review

Decent pay, good culture, easy interview process, great job opportunity. I really liked the people I worked with, we were remote and encouraged to get outside and take breaks and take care of ourselves while being "stuck at home" all day for work. I appreciated the guidance received from my manager, everyone was kind and welcoming.
