Cons
The biggest issue at Aston Martin Works is the management — or rather, the lack of it. Leadership is disorganized, reactive instead of proactive, and often makes decisions without understanding the actual work or listening to the people doing it. There’s no clear vision, no consistent communication, and priorities change on a whim, leaving employees scrambling to adjust. Constructive feedback is rarely welcomed, and when problems are raised, they’re often dismissed instead of addressed. Because of these issues, morale is low, turnover is high, and talented employees are constantly leaving for better-run companies. The work itself could be rewarding, but the poor management overshadows everything.
