      No overtime pay despite long days and weekends. CEO makes promises that are not true. Free food is provided so you can work through your lunch, which is expected.

      Pros

      They feed you but it’s gets old really quick.

      Cons

      So this company has been in a death spiral for the last couple years. Constantly overworking the team till the point of failure upper management has no clue how to track work progress. Unrealistic deadlines, Bitter engineers, lack of process development and technical writers.
