Pros
Excellent work/life balance, as long as you work it out with your manager. Executive Leadership is actually leading the company to scientific greatness - we're helping more and more patients - it's an exciting time to be a part of the organization
Cons
The constant re-orgs get tiresome.... even if there is no headcount reduction, we spend a lot of time trying to re-define how we work with each other
