We can witness best practices implemented at every point of work. Management is always open for new ideas and ready to promote the ideas to big scale. Personally witnessed a team forming out of an employee POC submitted to his Manager. The team is now playing crucial role in Global Analytics Space from past 3 years.
Cons
No cons as such. It just takes sometime to jell with too good environment coming from various experiences/companies.
