      Strong pipeline. Good developmental opportunities. Great office environment. Warm and dynamic culture, plenty of staff welfare activities.

      Cons

      Salary is one of the lowest in the industry. Poor prioritization by senior leaders. Too many business reviews. Complex processes + many layers of approval.

      Good pay and benefits, lots of pipeline molecules

      Cons

      Nimble initiatives just remove responsibilities from other groups and give them to other groups- lots of time is wasted on molecules that have not been properly evaluated
