It is difficult to address your bonus concern without knowing the specifics of the contract your supported. While we are bound by contractual obligations, we always do our best to support our employees while meeting our clients' needs. We have an open door policy to encourage employees to communicate with one another and to have their issues or concerns addressed. We also encourage any employee with contract-related questions or concerns to contact our HR department directly.
