This includes streamlining benefits. Astrion's greatest strength is the dedication and delivery by program teams to the mission of the client. It's exciting to be somewhere that empowers its employees to lean in.

There is a lot of change to transform the company, which can be difficult for employees to navigate; however, the change is necessary in order to go to market as one Astrion.
