came out of Customer Service to move into a role that would really help young people. I was told I'd be helping people achieve the dreams. The job ended up being exactly the opposite of what I wanted. I was overworked having to reduce appointments to 15 minutes and the dreams ended up being pushing kids and young adults into courses that they really had no interest in. I effectively had to end up escaping for lack of a better word. I have been left traumatised by the experience and it took me a year to get back into proper full time employment in an industry I can't stand (customer service) after letting my career go to chase a dream that never existed in the first place. After this my previous supervisor ghosted me regarding references for future employment despite promising he would be a reference. So we can add dishonesty in that regard as well.
I would completely stay clear of this organisation.
