During busy periods there are several choices of assignments. Numerous email reminders for report times. Range of uniform requirements not too broad.

Pay is on lower scale compared to other service agencies. Numerous last-minute cancellations. Some staff need basic service training, management has not offered service training or tests of knowledge. Some staff tardy for report times, especially holding up travel vans to job site. I have worked with more experienced and stricter management.
