High growth mode companies are bound to come with their ups and downs - the flip side of hard work and success can be quite a lot of pressure (both internally and externally) some of which stems from "building the plane as you're flying the plane." Though I am in the sales org I think this is true across all business functions here - so to like working at Ataccama you have to be someone who is comfortable with pressure and enjoys quick problem-solving.
Also - like other high growth companies - work/life balance can be a challenge. Senior leadership is very supportive of it but even with a culture that tries to support that (quarterly days off, time in the week for personal development, flexible schedules) it can be hard to draw the boundaries since you (and everyone else) really want to push, grow and win.
