Fraudulent organization with poor conditions and high attrition - Sr.Sales Executive Atain Employee Review

Everything. Erratic shifts. Poor working conditions, they are operating a scam process, no salary grievances are addressed. Infact there resignation portal was not working. They do not even having functioning system on the floor and put the onus on you dude ting your salary for their incapabilities. Atrition is high that's why. Shame on such a fraud organisation operating brazenly. Even those who are top performers are being denigrated with a 10 rupees worth chocolate. I mean really is this the reward for all the hard work while even a 5 yr kid gets a better reward for scoring good grades at school.
