Ataraxis PEO Response

I'm glad you enjoyed the co-workers you worked with at Ataraxis. The team camaraderie has always been high here. I'm very sorry that you didn't feel the leadership team had strong communication to support you. It can be very isolating to feel that you are "in it alone" without the support of strong leadership. I am not sure when you worked at Ataraxis. Our organization has gone through significant intentional cultural change and the members of our leadership team have changed as well. Sometimes it takes a unified leadership team with a strong vision and a passion for transparent communication to ensure the kind of support you were hoping for is present in an organization. We're proud to have this kind of culture today. Please know that I'm here to listen - we always have more to learn and improve upon. If you'd like to reach out to me directly at any time, you can reach me at kschaff@ataraxispeo.com.

Pros

We have the most amazing co-workers and leadership team. As the Company has grown, we have attracted (or in many cases - developed) only the best in the profession. Our people are creative, authentic, and passionate about our business and how we can contribute to our co-employees lives & client's businesses in a meaningful way. We are supported by our leadership team without being micromanaged. We are encouraged to grow personally and provided professional development opportunities. Fantastic benefits including employee medical coverage, benefit management tools, heavily discounted onsite daycare (a gamechanger for sure), retirement plan matching, engagement and values based rewards, flexibility, etc.

Cons

Not a con, but realistically, this industry isn't for everyone. It's hard work but also very rewarding for those that are the right fit for the organization and PEO dynamics.
