Friendly environment Up to date technologies Full remote as standard, you can choose to visit the office at will. Good salary and anual bonus, even as a junior or software engineer with lack of experience in their core technology stack. Good work/life balance
Cons
Could focus more on making sure people become experts in their field, thus improving the quality of their products. Sometimes it can take a long time for management to react to your requests. Could offer more visibility on the company roadmap (improved lately, but there's still room for improvement here)
