There are not any pros. The reactionary manage model used, is detrimental to the facility, company and more importanly to yourself.
Cons
Reginal support should be called, my way or the highway. They do not support, instead they demand. They don't mentor. Or teach, yet expect blind devotion. Kinda cult-like.
