Phoney Company Run By Insecure Narcissist - Project Manager Athena (PA) Employee Review

The company is very cliquey with an extremely phoney culture. The owner, Maggy Wilkinson, is a shallow, insecure, fake, narcissistic person. All she cares about is appearances. She admitted to me that she hires people based on whether they present well. It's ironic because she's nothing to look at. She's basically Don Draper in a dress. Upper management is molded in her image. They gossip constantly. They're dishonest. I was let go with absolutely no warning. There was no constructive criticism. They said we were all "family" but I was thrown out like I was last week's garbage.
