Pros

Access to potential athletic teams in the Chicagoland area. One of my former co-workers now is the main PT for the Chicago Cubs.

Cons

Often push over booking of patients, frown upon taking vacation and make it extremely hard to do so. Often had to stay late to finish notes and marketing is supposed to be done on non paid time for possible "bonus" at end of year.

Pros

Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

Cons

The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.
