Pros

Athletico has a good network in place, provides insurance and a 401k plan. Free medbridge subscription and reimburses for CEUs up to a certain amount.

Cons

Has a monopoly on the market, almost no room for advancement of career, severely underpays employees, raises, bonuses, and 401k match are next to nothing, makes it difficult to take full advantage of CEU reimbursement. Always talks about how great ATCs are and how much they do for the company but never puts words into action to actually show they appreciate ATCs. Extremely high turnover rate for employees.

Pros

Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

Cons

The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.
