      Pros

      work environment is very welcoming and people are fun to be around

      Cons

      -very little pay for the amount of work -overworked with 3 sometimes 4 patients at a time -no room for growth at all -high turnover with rehab aides resulting in being short-staffed -corporate minset that is all about the numbers and comes at the cost of patient care/experience

      Pros

      Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

      Cons

      The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.
