      I had an amazing experience working with Atidiv. Their team is professional, responsive, transparent, committed to quality work and truly cares about employees and customer satisfaction. Pros: 1. WFH/Hybrid. Flexible ecosystem. 2. Growing company. 3. Supportive Management. 4. Work-life balance. Employees get Digital Detox Leaves. 5. Internal opportunities via IJP/ITM policies. 6. Good Increments. 7. CSR Activities. 8. Employee Fun activities etc.

      Cons

      There are US based, 'Customer Support Operations' verticals as well where employees need to work in US time zone. However, Atidiv provides, Shift Allowance and other flexibilities.

      Pros

      I have been working into IT Industry for many years and I had a oppourtunity to woth Atidiv for couple of IT Projects and It was worth working with them. Best Work life Balance Best and Supportive management I wish to join back Atidiv and work with this company again and many more....

      Cons

      I did not come across any issues when I was working so there are no CONS.
