Pros

There are none at this time.

Cons

All of the 5* reviews were written upon the partner’s request as a way to combat and hide the bad feedback, don’t trust them, the majority of staff are miserable and constantly complain. Firm is extremely cliquey and the general atmosphere is uncomfortable.

Pros

The younger associates are nice

Cons

Horrific company. They hire young women for 2 reasons: rob and nino who head the team are perverts, and to pay as little as possible. Rob will have you act like his personal assistant and if you dear stand against it he will make your life hell. Nino is one of the rudest employers I have ever worked with, he has no idea what being a professional means. There are no desks so people have literally had to work in the tiny kitchen, and they make you travel to 3 locations for no reason so you could be spending hours on the road at times. Of course, those who “have it in” with the “bosses” get a desk and their preferred location. They force employees to be nice to customers who walk in, and if they’re not they get in big trouble. This is all a cover for what really goes on in here. Could write a million more reasons not to join, but I’ll leave it at this: Not one employee is happy and everyone’s looking for another job as we speak. Unless it’s the end of the world for you, stay unemployed and look for another job.

Pros

No pros - positive reviews are falsified by staff who felt pressured by management.

Cons

- Poor management - there are two partners (Nino & Rob) who make it an incredibly difficult place to work, harbouring a toxic atmosphere with use of bullying and intimidation tactics (no is not an acceptable answer, even for things that are not a contractual obligation). - Poor work/life balance - WhatsApp chats are abused (contacted on days off or out of business hours), and passive aggressive messages sent by certain partners. No boundaries, and when you try to enforce them you are penalised. There is very much a culture of presenteeism. - The pay is not good - you are often expected to do the job of multiple people for bare minimum pay. - You never really feel valued or appreciated by management, although there is very obvious favouritism. Nino, in particular, makes it very clear who he doesn’t like (very unprofessional for a partner) and creates a very uncomfortable environment to work in. - Poor organisation - rota system which is often not correct / putting too many people in for number of desks. Management are not very good at communicating with their staff, until the very last minute (e.g. not knowing plans for holiday cover until the person is already on leave).
