Corporate wants to run minimal staffing to make the most profit for their pockets. Annual reviews are pointless, and merit increases are utter garbage, as everyone receives the 3% annual, no matter if you are a good, hard working employee that goes above and beyond, or a trashcan. This gives no incentive for employees to wanna work harder, be on time, meet SOP requirements, and be better. Employees are expected to continue to meet a high workload in a demanding environment, with minimal staffing. They don't account for things outside of the scheduled arrivals (people taking sick time, MX needing a plane out of the back of the hangar, etc.)
No incentives, no flight benefits, mediocre pay for SLC only after tow cert/ supervisor pay.
