Pros

- Fantastic Management Staff - Fantastic Work Culture - Entertaining and Fulfilling Work - Great way to step into the Aviation Industry and make valuable connections. (the only reason I rated career opportunities this high was for this reason)

Cons

- Paid less than McDonalds Workers unless you are management. Keep in mind you are responsible for handling transactions that are usually in the tens of thousands of dollars, not a 12 dollar big mac meal. - Depending on the base, growth is extremely limited especially for customer service reps. Corporate expects you to transfer bases to explore higher work opportunities in the company but don't pay you enough to be able to afford to relocate halfway across the US. - HR and Corporate are really really strict even if you work at a base that has no activity days they demand you do nothing but sit blankly at your computer screen, you can't really use your phone or do anything to pass the time. This wouldn't be an issue except you run out of work things to do very quickly. - Your team will get bonuses docked because of customer reviews complaining about pricing (which is set by corporate). And corporate will still count those reviews against your base in particular. - Corporate will aggressively and invasively audit you constantly through 360 degree security cameras on every minor detail. If you so much as forget to wear a nametag, forget to stand up when a pilot comes in, or even sip a bottle of water at the desk they will dock the whole teams monthly audit score (which relates to the bonus you get every quarter). - Despite my title, no it did not come with a pay increase.

Pros

Health insurance benefits are solid and the company has an established corporate structure. Pay is consistent, but those are the only notable positives.

Cons

Local management is ineffective, unprofessional, and visibly disengaged. Direct leadership lacked initiative, accountability, and basic communication skills, often appearing indifferent unless corporate oversight was involved. Expectations were unclear and inconsistently enforced, creating a disorganized and frustrating work environment. There was a noticeable reliance on surveillance rather than leadership. After receiving a final warning, camera monitoring became excessive and felt targeted, as if management was more focused on finding reasons to terminate employees than actually supporting improvement. The overall culture is unsupportive and transactional. Employees are treated as expendable rather than valued, which contributes to low morale, lack of trust, and high turnover. Stronger leadership at the local level is clearly lacking.
