Only 3 weeks vacation for full time positions, product pushing, horrible management/leadership. You are a number and so are the customers. Just like any other sales/corporate job, they will feed you their "mission and values" about building relationships and care, "diversity and inclusion," all the surface "face" factors, but it's a bank, it's about money and numbers just like every other bank. Incentive opportunities are heavily dependent upon if you make goals, if your manager/leadership/team/environment is conducive to fostering your growth and helping you make your goals and incentives individually and as a team instead of pitting you against each other as competition. Be wary when they start calling you family whilst they bully you, isolate you, neg you, threaten you, hinder your progress, or find ways to get rid of you. They will protect the company first and whomever/whichever manager or higher up is the cash cow.
