I have no cons for this company.

Lots of "involuntary" overtime. That is sarcasm

This is by far the worst company I have ever worked for. There is no management, with no structure. Supervision is absent. Officers are made to work long hours because other officers have left because of poor management and found better jobs. Atlantis literally runs good employees off and makes it a revolving door. Upper management wonders why people quit, but cant see past their GOOD paychecks to see why.
