Pros

Great Company wide benefits and travel

Cons

Not really a female-friendly environment until you get to a corporate or management level. The fact that it is a customer service position leaves a lot of room for customers to treat you as inappropriately as desired, although, my manager did do his best to alleviate me of this whenever I felt like I could speak up about it. Unfortunately, with the allowed behavior of my peers, I rarely felt the ability to do so. Harassment from my peers was rampant and eventually became a stressor that affected many aspects of my life and eventually guided me to resign.

Pay could be less than the market, though not too low. Work life balance does cover some of that gap

Pros

Coworkers are great Many problems so you stay busy as a CI person The people at the worker bee level are the only real pro

Cons

Managers are too “wise” You can’t change anything inside the ERP but they all want ERP changes (it’s bad you will get frustrated) Super decentralized meaning all building operate how they want to. They make it sound like a strength but it’s literally their biggest weakness. Managers do not understand processes USZ or the NSC in Charlotte has a serious issue of hiring people who are not qualified for manager roles as managers. Discrimination They care more about how you look and not so much about the work you produce
