- Toxic work culture no work life balance with zero job security. - Not following any process, no learning and no respect - Constant micromanagement - Managers don’t understand the process, product knowledge and technology but can fire anyone anytime without reason, even because of personal ego -Definitely not a place I’d recommend to anyone
