Pros
Lot to learn since it's a large scale Freight forwarder, only not many ready to teach you. Shivendra sir and Sharma sir very supportive and only two in the entire management team worth praising.
Cons
Everything else. 1) worst management anyone could get. They'll literally yell at you no matter how perfectly you do your work. 2) no one to guide you what the management wants. Lack of coordination between HOD and management. Which makes company's retention rate real low. 3) HOD not at all supportive. Rather than motivating and helping with tasks given by management, they'll demotivate and say things like why did you say yes to the work and if one even speaks in the middle when management is speaking God bless you. So basically you are there all by yourself.
