Pros
Benefits.... They'll tell you a lot how lucky you are for having them... A lot of cool people but TOO many bad apples You get almost 2 weeks off over christmas (but you have to use vacation if you want to get paid) Easy to get time off
Cons
Racist Bigoted Pay is decent for how easy the job is but you'll be paying in mental abuse. Claim safety is biggest priority but most of the time does everything in the lest safe way possible. Half the employees do nothing and you'll have to pull their weight or they'll tell management you're the problem. Bad training and seen atleast 3 people quit after the first week because they got made fun of for not knowing what they're doing (instead of being told what to do and/or helped) Management has their heads so deep in the sand and ONLY listen to a select few employees and their word is gospel. Management are push overs No where's to grow Under staffed cause no one wants to stay and people leaving (for reasons above)
