I have nothing but the best things to say about my time at Atlas Talent Agency.
The supervisors truly empower their employees to take on increased responsibilities, pursue their specific interests, and to take on leadership roles in the company. Your career at Atlas Talent is truly what you make of it. If you work hard and come in with a positive attitude you will be truly rewarded — much more so than at comparable agencies.
I worked for the two cofounders of the company, and, while one might anticipate that role to come with increased stressors, I could not have had a better experience working for them and I can not sing their praises loudly enough. The mentorship and opportunity that they offered me was incredible, and I couldn’t be more thankful for all that they taught me.
Aside from the supervisors, the associates and agents are incredible kind and intelligent. The office culture is very tight knit and family-like. I can truly say that every day spent with the Atlas Talent crew was fun.
If you are looking to become an agent there is no better place, and if you are not sure what you are looking to become, then there is no better learning ground.
