Pros
The company has a clear vision for growing the business and does an exceptionable job of incorporating relevant company values into the lives of employees. It is a company where it is not uncommon to work with others that have been there 10, 15, 20+ years which is a testament to the benefits and culture that employees experience. They hire some of the most most kind and caring individuals and I heard a number of people express how "lucky" they feel to be a part of this company in comparison to all other jobs they had previously and I would say the same for myself!
Cons
Because Atmos is a mature company I didn't perceive as many "new" opportunities where the business required something to be built from scratch. While there are certainly opportunities to be involved cross-functionally to help the business change, things tend to go at a more methodical pace.
