Was great but now not so much - Field Service Technician Atmos Energy Employee Review

The culture once was based on trust and self efficiency and valued employee happiness but now they micromanage and soon will have us clocking in and out. They have started to transition from a relaxed family oriented company to a something that values money over everything. Small changes like wanting us to turn our trucks off when waiting for work even when it's 100+ degrees outside is an example. They once was known to value us boots on the ground guys and gals and would do everything they could to keep us and work with us if personal issues were affecting our productivity but now will fire you without hesitation.
