Pros

Able to work around schedule while you look for another job or go to school. No experience required to do the job

Cons

High stress Low pay compared to others in industry Offshore management does not listen to the needs of the local management. Employees and customers getting more and more frustrated as agents continued to have more roles (must support at least 4 separate accounts) and responsibilities but does not compensate for the extra effort. Very little care for their employees make you feel like you can be disposed of at any time. No reward system for employees that do well or managers that do a great job. Very little to no opportunity for advancement.

Remote, well paying, relaxed and uncompetitive environment that helps foster learning and growth while still maintaining high standards of quality for delivery

Cons

No raises, bonus often cut down due to KPIs not met, uncertainty with client relationships, mergers affecting overall employee staffing strategy
