Pros

Interesting work - a mixture of large and small projects, across public, private and banking sector International work (if you want it) - from Europe to global Strong in some niches - eg payments, public sector procurement, lean, Flexible rewards scheme - holiday, vouchers, insurance, etc Training often good A nice 'Employees first' slogan

Cons

Poor communications - one way, patronising Weak leadership - inexperienced in UK Training often good - but not followed up Main Board is parochial - all French - which must have an effect on international growth Management poor - policies often implemented clumsily (although consultants provide world class advice to clients!!!!) An 'Employees last' working approach

Pros

Treats employees fairly, good benefits, and a competitive salary

Cons

Atos has had some lean years, and there were times we worried about layoffs. Additionally, if contracts end, they may terminate the employment of these employees.
