Good vacation time if you've been there a while.
Cons
Likes to lay people off to make quarterly numbers. Poor feedback from managers. Some years, no raises. Difficult to move up or laterally, as most positions are filled remotely by employees in cheaper labor markets. Your health insurance provider is usually a customer and it is a bad deal.
