Pros
Plenty of work to do. Colleagues are great to work with. Very knowledgeable and help with anything that is needed. Work out of your home office, which is nice. Company gives you a 20% break on medical insurance if you take a yearly physical.
Cons
Executive management is all over the place. 401K matching isn't till middle of December when they pay out a lump sum. PTO instead of vacation. Promotions within doesn't seem to happen.
