Pros
New CEO is moving the company processes, methods, structure into a far more streamlined and effective operating unit. As always some fantastic people around, unfortunately they tend to be the people being made to feel like dirt.
Cons
15 years behind in terms of methods, culture and ability to deliver compared to other top Consultancies. Archaic In management styles and rhe previous CEO has destroyed the company. Senior management are mainly bullies who protect other bullies, its a lads club who seem to think its perfectly fine to demean people. I don't know a single new starter (within the last 12 months) who is happy here, its a pathetic company.
