Pros
Very good people culture. In general you are left to get on with role with very little interference. Forward thinking working practices. All levels of management very approachable.
Cons
Make sure you negotiate a very good package when you join as there is very good chance that you will be on the same amount for foreseeable future. Very limited potential for career progression , unless you are based at head office and are seen on a daily basis by the people that matter you might as well not exist. Lip service is given to work life balance.
