The company just does not know what its doing from front to back. People keep leaving new people come in they don’t know whats happening start running like chickens ending with a burnout. management is more administrative tasks then it is actual management. And the company is going through mergers on such a regular basis that its just sad. But they made up a better plan now, splitting up! Awesome!
