Pros
- Plenty of work-from-home options - Comforts of a big company (a person switch projects, location, etc.), though it is not as easy as it sounds.
Cons
- Most of the projects are IT operations. Very few positions available for programmers. - There is no technical growth path. Once, a person get more than 4 years experience, the only option available is to do managerial work. - The salary is below industry standard.
