I have never ever experienced such a toxic, incompetent workplace where the management are the heart and cause of the bullying, toxicity and unprofessional behaviour. Whether its those that ignore what is happening regardless of how many times they have been told or witnessed the behaviour or the middle management who are the cause and relish in the behaviour. If you value your mental and emotional health avoid this workplace Atos Medical in the UK. Whilst good people have been forced out due to their desire to actually be professional and look after patients, those who are manipulative, toxic and bullying are protected for some reason. If you want to hear managers swearing, talking derogatoraly about current and past employees and discussing their sex lives then you will fit in fine. What a shame the good senior managers have all left. Would have given zero stars if I could.
