Pros
Working in projects gives good exposure to technology and there is client interaction as well.
Cons
Very poor infrastructure Management is very poor No planning of project life cycle Inspite of heavy attrition, management is not able to retain resources There are a lot of projects in pipeline but lack of motivated employees to work on them since the attrition rate is very high the workload can be massive at times. Very Poor Project documentation No Processes followed seriously.
