Pros
Amazing learning potential. You can really fast track your career by spending some time in a room full of friendly, intelligent and talented engineers. I really can't stress enough how nice and helpful everyone is.
Cons
Support Department quickly shifting from meaningful, fulfilling work to a Call Center environment. Management communication in the Support Center is non-existent. Promotions rarely occur, if ever. Pay is well below industry standards.
